Our Noosa floor plan is designed to suit sites that are able to accommodate a long and slender footprint.

Depending on the site configuration the Noosa can be positioned with a long edge to the rear of a wide block or to the side of a narrower block. The deck opens up to garden space while the rear of the building features smaller windows / openings which are ideal for maintaining privacy whilst providing natural lighting and cross-ventilation (a must for our warm climate).

The Noosa design has two bedrooms, an open plan kitchen and living area which leads out onto a large deck, one bathroom with separate powder room and laundry area. Bedroom 2 can be removed from the design for a more compact footprint where only one bedroom is required, whilst still maintaining the airy and open plan feel of the living areas.
