The Fraser design creates its own focal point and is very suitable for sites which have one good aspect to face towards. Two wings, one for sleeping and one for living are connected by an open hall with study and laundry space. These wings surround an outdoor deck which becomes the focal point of the design. This makes for privacy even in highly built up areas. The front, with its deck connected to the open plan living areas can open up to take advantage of views or can be screened to increase privacy depending on the desire to invite a view in or maintain privacy.

With 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, with separate powder room, as well as a laundry space and study area which connect to the open plan kitchen and living area, this is the most spacious of our designs, but it still sits well on an urban block.
