CLASSIC
Our classic designs were conceived with three main principles in mind: timeless, elegance and cost-effectiveness. Designed to fit in with traditional Queenslander houses, the classic designs feature light and airy interiors with VJ walls and light timber flooring. Large glazing and French doors provide connection between indoor and outdoor living. The use of natural timber highlights on the exterior compliments the traditional feel.
MODERN
The Modern style is purposely designed with open planning and luxurious materials and finishes. The form of the modern scheme is designed to create a shield to one side while opening up to the other providing both aspect and refuge. These granny flats feature large sliding doors that allow for maximum connection to the outdoors.
With high raked ceilings and floor to ceiling feature glazing, these designs allow for great natural light and cross ventilation, improving comfort, all with a streamlined modern style.
ECO
The eco designs respond to our environment in both form, and style.
Using natural timber for exposed structural elements and internal feature wall lining, material choices are sensitive to place and people. Recyclable, steel cladding completes the exterior design and contrasts with the natural timbers.
Connection between the outdoors and indoors is provided in both living areas and bedrooms with both sliding and bi-fold glazing. High level louvre windows allow for great natural light and air flow.
