Our Process

We work closely with you to ensure the build of your new Urban Granny Flat is tailored to your needs and schedule.   To achieve this, we follow a simple 5 stage process.

Choosing the Right Design and Floor Plan for You?

We meet with you to discuss your needs and make sure that you have all the necessary information to choose the best design and floor plan combination for your property and lifestyle.

Pre-build

Once you have settled on the façade and floor plan, it is time to finalise all inclusions such as colours, finishes and floor coverings from our vast selection. At this stage we also confirm relevant local council planning approvals,estimated construction timeframe and what you should expect during the build process.

03.

During the Build

One of our experienced Building Supervisors will be allocated to oversee the build of your Urban Granny Flat. The supervisor will be responsible for monitoring and managing the build through to completion.
This includes regular quality assurance inspections and communication with you throughout the build process.

04.

Handover

Once the build is complete, we meet with you on-site and walk through the property to ensure your satisfaction and answer any questions you may have before your new Urban Granny Flat is officially handed over to you.

05.

Post-build Support

Just because the build is complete, it does not mean our support is finished in the event you need us. We are committed to providing best practice service and support even after you have moved in. Just call or email us and we will be there for you. All works are covered by the standard QBCC Warranty period.
